• Car parking on site next to accommodation. • The owners live on site and are available to assist whenever possible. • Public transport bus from centre of Llangollen to Wrexham, Chester and Barmouth. Good local taxi service. • Delivery of provisions by prior arrangement. • Gravel drive and level concrete to front entrance. • One step to main entrance with outside light. • Ground-floor accommodation throughout. Fitted carpets. • Door width 29” (73 cm) throughout. • Central heating + extra heaters & electric fire. • Sitting room has settee, armchair & high-back chair, footstools, dining area and feature electric fire, TV, VCR, DVD, CD & radio. Remote control TV and DVD. Floor / reading lamp. • Access to paved terrace from sitting room via patio door with slight step down. Outdoor sitting / dining area & gravel path to garden. Outside lighting. • Kitchen is well-equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave at worktop level, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, automatic washing machine. • Bathroom has step-in shower with folding seat, WC on plinth, wash basin & electric shaver socket. • Single bedroom has en-suite WC on plinth & small washbasin. • Double bedroom has double bed and vanity sink unit. • Non-feather pillows and duvets with poly-cotton / cotton covers and sheets. Cotton / poly-cotton quilts. • Good mobile phone reception (O2 & Orange). • As we have ducks and pheasants, as well as a small plant nursery (not open to the public) in the garden we regret we cannot accept pets. (Guide dogs welcome). • There is a list of useful telephone numbers (doctor, dentist, etc.) at the accommodation. |
